TAFE MEASURE, incorporated in 2000, has quickly become the pre-eminent measuring company on Vancouver Island. Bill Tafe and Frank McHugh continue to bring new standards of service to the measuring, and preparation of, “as-built” floor plans for the Real Estate community.

Born and raised in Victoria, Bill has been associated with the Real Estate Industry since 1980. For 10 years he owned and operated a Real Estate appraisal company, Adam-Tafe & Kors in Victoria. In 2000 Bill decided to fill a void in Real Estate marketing and began TAFE MEASURE LTD.

Born and raised in Victoria, Frank received his BA in History and Political Science from the University of Victoria. He later acquired a diploma in Building Technology which then led him to a successful partnership in TAFE MEASURE LTD.
